TTI has acquired Ray-Q Interconnect, a distributor focussed on high relaiability applications including military and aerospace.

The Israeli-based company was founded in 1969 as a Raychem subsidiary. It has offices in Turkey, India, Ukraine, Rumania and Russia

Since 2000 the company has been incorporated as a representative, consultant, and distributor of technologies and interconnect products of leading manufacturers for Israel, Turkey, Eastern and parts of Central Europe, and India. Suppliers include Raychem, AMP, TE COnnectivity, Sunbank and Precision Interconnect.

Gene Conahan, President, TTI Europe and Asia, commented: “It’s not often a company has the opportunity to add such longevity and superior technical value to their service offering. Ray-Q employs approximately 70 associates and counts among their customers virtually every major defense contractor.”

Funt will continue to lead the Ray-Q organization and business initiatives and report to Gene Conahan.
