Conrad has reached a deal with FLIR to add four new infrared thermal imaging cameras from the thermal imaging supplier. The products serve commercial, industrial and military applications.
The new products offered by Conrad from launch date by FLIR are the compact, handheld, E4, E5, E6 and E8 models. The distributor will also stock a wide range of accessories including carry bags and chargers.
The rugged, two metre drop tested and ergonomically designed Ex-series thermal imaging cameras have an object temperature range of -20 °C to +250 °C allowing them to be used for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.
The FLIR Ex-Series are ‘point-and-shoot’ thermal imaging cameras that are optimised for ease-of-use and provide temperature information on every single pixel. The E4, E5, E6 and E8 have a 9 Hz image frequency and infra-red (IR) resolution specifications of 80 x 60, 120 x 90, 160 x 120 and 320 x 240 pixels respectively. The unique multi spectral imaging (MXS) function plus a large 3.0 in. colour screen provide clear and crisp thermal images.
An extensive range of features such as integrated digital camera, picture-in-picture (PIP) for E6 and E8, and a large internal memory that allows storage of at least 500 images, all help increase productivity. Data communication to external PC and Mac devices is possible via a micro USB interface.
