Premier Farnell announces global franchise agreement with NXP Semiconductors Premier Farnell plc, the leading multi-channel, high service distributor supporting millions of engineers and purchasing professionals globally, has signed a new global franchise agreement with NXP Semiconductors. The Group has plans in place to significantly strengthen the ex-stock product offering through Newark in the Americas, Farnell across Europe, India and Australia and through Premier Electronics and Farnell – Newark, in Asia. Products available will include discrete components, logic devices and ARM microcontrollers from NXP.
