US based SignalQuest designs and manufactures electronic sensors that measure tilt angle, acceleration, shock, vibration and movement as well as application specific inertial measurement devices.

Formed in 1999, SignalQuest has created a number of patents for this exciting range of ultra low powered micro-miniature and silicon Sensors. The expansive product range has seen high growth levels year on year doubling to a wide range of blue chip customers.

The appointment of BT2000 will enable the company to move into new markets and expand their customer base. Main markets for the innovative sensors include tracking systems , RFID and utility management along with good potential for security and consumer based products. Also a fast growing area is that of Robotics & unmanned vehicles.

Philip Hall, General Manager at BT2000 said that the SignalQuest range is an ideal addition to the existing MEMS Sensor portfolio within the company and of course the Power management products. For companies using Battery’s the SignalQuest range is ideal, very low power and very low cost. The SEN range of micro mechanical products operates with zero power. The wide range of MEMS and SENS products are supported by a number of development boards. The SignalQuest product range will be on display at the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics show in February.
