Rutronik has expanded the local support structures for its Rutronik24 sales concept which focuses on companies with small to medium-sized component needs. It has established support teams in thye UK along with Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. In the past, only customers in Germany had their own Rutronik24 sales team.
Rutronik24 is focusing primarily on an extensive range of e-commerce tools on the rutronik24.com platform. With it, customers can design their workflows to be more efficient, saving time and costs as a result.
Five employees are available to support outside and inside sales for Rutronik24 customers in Great Britain, Ireland and Scotland. From the Rutronik branch office in Bolton, they support and consult with customers on site or by phone. The intelligent search functions and manner in which components are categorised, e.g. by high runners or preferred products, is a valuable orientation aid for developers and purchasing agents. Additional support is provided by the Online Product Consultant or the relevant product specialist. The mass quotation tool is ideal, especially for assembly companies. It allows customers to simply upload their own bill of materials for an order or a quote and receive all relevant information about the products, such as prices, store inventory, lead times, packaging units, etc. in just a matter of seconds.
