Rapid Electronics has introduced a new range of 3W LED spotlight bulbs from TruOpto, ideal as energy saving replacements in commercial and domestic applications. Available in white and warm white, these LED spotlight bulbs are direct replacements for conventional GU10 bulbs. With a wide input voltage range, viewing angle of 32.5° and wide temperature range the spotlights are ideal for shops, offices, domestic use and in decorative and display lighting in all areas. Each bulb contains 3 individual LEDs, providing luminance levels of 230ml (white) and 240ml (warm white).
‘GU10 halogen bulbs are some of the most frequently used bulbs around the home, but we all know how brief their lifespan can be’, said Richard Philpot, product manager of LEDs at Rapid. ‘These competitively priced LED replacements offer thousands of extra hours of life and significant cost savings over long term use, as well as consuming far less energy than their halogen counterparts.’
