Ortustech Technology, the Japanese manufacturer of TFT modules is offering a wide product range of small and medium sized TFTs from 5.0cm (2in.) up to 17.8 cm (7in.) screen sizes. Key product is the 17.8 cm (7in.) TFT COM70T7M07ZLC. The displays are now available at DATA MODUL.
This TFT module has very compact outline dimensions of 165.0mm x 105.8mm and a thickness of only 3.3mm. Compared with other 7in. TFTs in the market, this Ortus product features a very low power consumption of 0.5W. This is 60% less compared to the alternative products. Consequently it offers a solution for applications with high demands to the power consumption and compact dimensions. It is a transmissive TFT with a resolution of 800 x 480 dots and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
Ortustech TFTs are designed for the industrial market and a minimum life time of 5 years is guaranteed. The TFT is also available with a resistive touch panel, COM70TM08ZTC.
