Arrow Electronics says Christopher D. Stansbury, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will leave the company, effective Apr. 1, 2022.

He will become CFO of Lumen Technologies on April 4, 2022.

“This is an important time in Lumen’s transformation, and I look forward to continue building on the great work the team has underway,” said Stansbury. “Lumen has a strong financial foundation and significant opportunities for value creation. I am excited to be joining the company and can’t wait to get started.”

Arrow  has retained the services of an executive recruitment firm and a search for a new chief financial officer is underway.
In the interim, Rick Seidlitz, vice president, corporate controller, and principal accounting officer, will assume the responsibilities of the principal financial officer.
Arrow emphasised that Stansbury’s departure is not related to the Company’s operations, financial reporting, or controls.
