Mouser Electronics has signed Traco Electronic to a global distribution agreement. The partnership will target the industrial and IT, Transportation and Railway, medical and healthcare, automation and control,renewable energy and smart grid markets.

Traco products include the TVN 5WI series 5 Watt DC/DC converters, a EN55022 compliant class B internal filter with ultra low ripple, noise of only 10mVp-p (typical), and 4:1 input voltage ranges in a DIP-24 package. Standard features include remote On/Off, over voltage protection, under voltage lockout and short circuit protection. The TVN 5WI series operates at high efficiency across the entire load range and requires low input current consumption under no load conditions. The TRACO TMR series are small, 1 to 9 watt, single-in-line package (SIP) high efficiency DC/DC converters with efficiencies of up to 89% and offering both 2:1 to 4:1 input voltage ranges.
The new partnership will provide Mouser customers with access to a new line of power supply solutions from TRACO Power that are optimised to a variety of applications in terms of performance, quality and cost.
