Mouser’s MEMs portfolio has received a boost with the signing of a global distribution agreement with leading supplier Bosch Sensortec.

Bosch Sensortec develops and markets MEMS sensors for consumer electronics. The product portfolio includes inertial, geomagnetic and environmental sensors, as well as software for various applications.
The product line available from Mouser Electronics includes single chip accelerometers, gyroscopes, pressure sensors, and compasses. The MEMS products sense the world around them and feed the information to cars, smartphones, laptop and tablet computers, games, watches and more. Featured products include the Bosch Sensortec BMP183 Digital Pressure Sensor, an ultra-low power and low-voltage device optimised for use in mobile phones, PDAs, GPS navigation devices, and outdoor equipment. Also, Mouser will be stocking the Bosch Sensortec BMG160 Digital, Triaxial Gyroscope Sensor, an ultra-small, digital 3-axis angular rate sensor with a measurement range up to 2000°/s and 16-bit digital resolution for consumer electronics applications.
