Rapid Electronics has introduced a new range of 7-segment surface mounted displays from Kingbright, ideal for use in manufacturing and small-scale development. These 7-segment displays have a right-hand decimal point and will display the numerals 0 to 9 as well as other 7-segment indicator characters. They are available as both single and two-digit surface mount LED displays, with low current operation and oblique character orientation for maximum readability.
Available in various colours with either one or two digits and in common anode or common cathode configuration, these LED displays are suitable for a wide range of applications such as digital clocks, electronic meters, and other electronic devices for displaying numerical information. The displays function with an operating temperature of –40°C To +85°C.
