Samsung Electro-Mechanics new X7R capacitor with class 2 X7R ceramic, 10µF and a rated voltage of 25V is now available at Rutronik. The MLCC (multilayer ceramic capacitor) in size 0805 targets industrial high capacitance applications.
With the X7R, industrial engineers can downsize their application by keeping high voltage. SEMCO’s class 2 X7R ceramic meets high electrical and mechanical robustness and a wide temperature range from -55°C up to +125°C with a capacitance tolerance of max. +-15%. The X7R capacitor comes with highly resistant termination metal. It is ideal for filtering, coupling and noise reduction, e.g. in PC or LCD applications or in DCDC converters.
