Rutronik has opened up its eCommerce platform. Visitors to the Rutronik24 site will not need to register until an order is placed.
The new access will give users the chance to the entire Rutronik24 product range comprising more than one million items from all product areas. Thanks to the intelligent search options, developers and buyers can quickly and easily find the desired item, whether via parameters, part numbers or full text. The item comparison makes it possible to search for cheaper or more readily available alternative items.

Further details on each product are available under the link ‘More information’. If the user has any questions, they can enter them in the corresponding field below each product in their own language. The questions are then sent directly to the product manager who will respond via e-mail.
Only when the interested party wishes to make a binding purchase of the item in their shopping basket does registration become necessary. In order to receive their personal access to rutronik24.com, the user just needs to enter their contact details and some information about and the company.
After registration, they will receive their own individual, customer-specific prices. These prices are identical to those they would receive via any other ordering method. In the Procurement area, they see an overview of all offers, orders, item lists, stock levels, delivery times and traceability information.
Under ‘Print media’, a number of brochures and manuals are available for download. Its optimised display means that rutronik24.com can also be used on all mobile terminals such as smartphones or tablets.
