Richardson RFPD has signed a deal to distribute products from Innovative Power Products on a global basis, with the exception of India. The distributor will be emphasising its design-in capabilities for Innovative Power Products range of broadband, high power couplers, combiners, RF power resistors and terminations operating up to 12 GHz.
“RF power applications, particularly linear applications such as communications and electronic warfare, are moving to broadband amplifiers that can accommodate multiple radio waveforms and complex digital signals,” stated Mark Vitellaro, director, strategic marketing, Richardson RFPD. “IPP enables that design trend, and they are on the forefront in product development with new classes of devices, such as impedance-transforming hybrid couplers and high-power surface mount dual-directional couplers.”
