Rapid Electronics is now distributing several new series of miniature gearboxes and motors from MFA/como drills, as well as extending two existing miniature gearbox ranges.

The new product introductions belong to the MFA/como drills 919DLN series, 919D2PR series, 950D series, 950DLN series, 970DLN series, 980D, 980DLN and 951D series.  The ranges to which Rapid have made additions are the 918D series and 940D series.

These gearboxes contain carbon brushed motors from MFA/como drills which are ideal for light, medium and heavy duty industrial, robotics and model applications. Powered by five pole, low rpm motors, they provide excellent noise reduction and torque performance, while the spur-geared gearboxes incorporate sleeve bearings. This enables the transfer of high levels of torque from the motor through the gearbox to the output.

With a variety of keyed output shafts, ratios, diameters and operating voltages, the gearboxes provide specialist noise attenuation on some models.

Rapid Electronics can support customers with competitive pricing, full technical support and product sourcing.

Up to +10 price breaks are available on the MFA/como drills gearbox range from Rapid. For more details, technical specifications and datasheets please visit the Rapid Electronics website.
