Silicon Laboratories has chosen MSC Vertriebs GmbH as a demand creation partner in a distribution agreement that is effective immediately. The deal will cover Germany, Austria and Switzerland initially with the rest of Europe following in the near future.
MSC says it will adopt the Silicon Labs philosophy “Designed by developers for developers”. This guiding principle is clearly recognizable and can be continuously traced through all product areas. Powerful features such as Lowest Power, High Reliability, Lowest Noise/Jitter, High Data Rate, Smallest Sizes etc. are important factors for the designs and applications which developers want to realize in numerous market areas.
“We are seeing strongly growing demand especially in the areas of Home Automation and Smart Metering, with the strong desire of customers to link everything with everything else and wanting and being able to analyze it.” explains Volker Schäfer, Business Development Manager and Line Manager for Silabs at MSC. “We can now specifically make this possible with innovative wireless and MCU products from Silabs, for electronics designers and system integrators. A further positive effect for developers will be that they can hold their own in these markets with short design cycles and thus also remain competitive. Of course, this also applies to all other areas”.
All Silicon Laboratories products can be requested from MSC Vertriebs GmbH with immediate effect.
