Mouser Electronics has signed an agreement to be a global distributor of Hamlin Electronics’ line of sensors, reed relays, and reed switches.
“Mouser is pleased to announce that it is now offering an extensive line of sensing products from Hamlin Electronics,” said Keith Privett, Mouser’s Vice President, Supplier Management. “Mouser’s engagement with Hamlin provides our customers worldwide with an enhanced selection of industry-leading reed, Hall-effect, inductive, and magneto resistive sensors, reed switches, and reed relays.”
Hamlin, a Littelfuse company, manufactures sensors using reed, inductive, and digital and analogue Hall-effect technologies. Hamlin sensors in automotive applications provide crash detection and improve overall safety, performance, and convenience of vehicle management systems.
The sensors provide monitoring and measurement in a variety of household consumer goods. The devices also find applicstions in industrial remote reading, utility meters, fuel monitors, and safety interlocks.
Hamlin also manufactures an extensive range of reed switches with differing mechanical and electrical characteristics, designed to meet the needs of a broad range of applications. The company also supplies a range of moulded reed relay products designed for applications such as security, telecommunications, automated test equipment, instrumentation, and process control applications.
