Pyreos and Mouser Electronics have signed a global distribution partnership. The deal extends world-wide availability of the Pyreos advanced infrared sensor solutions for multiple applications, including gas and fire detection, medical, food safety, fuel and oil analysis.
Pyreos products are available immediately from Mouser Electronics and include linear array sensors, single, dual and quad channel analogue TO-39 packaged sensors, and its latest ezPyroTM product family – the digital MIR product range of the world’s first surface mount pyroelectric sensors for gas and flame detection and food analysis.
This product has recently been selected by two medical equipment suppliers for CO2 gas detection because of its ultra-low power consumption, small size and very short response time.
Mouser will also offer Pyreos product evaluation systems to enable rapid adoption of the sensors in customer systems.
