Global Expansion advances Mouser’s international growth strategy
Mouser Electronics, Inc., known for its rapid introduction of the newest products, today announced its distribution authorization with Multi-Tech Systems has been expanded into a global agreement. Multi-Tech Systems manufactures telephony, internet, remote access, and device networking products that connect voice and data over IP networks.
The addition of Asia and Europe to Mouser’s distribution agreement coincides with Mouser’s international expansion strategy. Mouser currently has branch locations throughout Asia, in countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. In addition to Asia, Mouser’s presence is felt worldwide with branches in the United States, Mexico, Israel, and several throughout Europe, as well as other authorized partners around the world. Additional customer service centers are planned for 2009. To further the expansion, Mouser has launched websites in multiple currencies and languages.

Mouser’s Multi-Tech stock includes embedded solutions for Ethernet / Dial-Up Modules and WiFi Modules, as well as development tools. Multi-Tech’s embedded device networking solutions, including the SocketModem® GSM/GPRS embedded wireless modems, instantly add communication ability to existing or new products with minimal engineering effort. Mouser also stocks Universal SocketModem® embedded modems and the MMCModem™ GPRS embedded wireless modems.
