Gleichmann Electronics has a high performance 15in.TFT display, part name TX38D18VM2BAA, from KOE Europe’s range of Lite+ display modules. It is a cost-effective, transmissive mode display solution with XGA (1024 x 768 pixels) resolution.
The display has a high brightness rating of 1200cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 700:1 ensuring clear, concise image reproduction even in high ambient light environments. It is suitable for both demanding industrial applications and typical outdoor applications such as kiosks, digital signage and point-of-sale (POS) terminals. The white LED backlight provides a guaranteed 50,000 hours half brightness lifetime.
The display is specified for an extended operating temperature range of 30°C to +80°C, has mechanical outline dimensions of 326.5 mm x 253.5 mm x 11.5 mm and has a 20-pin single channel LVDS interface that supports a colour palette of up to 16.7 million colours.
