EBV Elektronik has signed a distribution deal with Renesas Electronics, which adds the Japanese suppliers’ range of advanced semiconductor solutions, to its portfolio. It will enable EBV to offer Renesas’ broad range of microcontrollers as well as analogue, power and system-on-chip products to its customers.
The addition of Renesas to EBV’s linecard follows the company’s recent acquisition of EBV supplier Integrated Device Technology (IDT), a leader of RF, high-performance timing, memory interface, real-time and optical interconnects as well as wireless power and sensor solutions.
Customers of EBV will benefit from this winning combination of Renesas and IDT in numerous high-growth, data-driven economy markets such as automotive, industrial IoT, and infrastructure applications.
