Digi-Key is now supplying select devices from Central Semiconductor in bare die form. For space-restricted prototypes in the wearables, handheld devices and gaming markets, as well as other package-free requirements, design engineers can now purchase the new bare die devices directly from Digi-Key’s website.

Bare die solutions are a new option introduced by Digi-Key to its customer base earlier this year.
