Rutronik has been named by Diodes as its European Distributor of the Year for the second year running after winning the accolade in 2014. The award from the manufacturer is testament to huge growth throughout Europe within the distributor’s network and the large share of design-in products in Rutronik’s overall sales volume.
Following a highly successful 2014, Rutronik was able to increase sales of Diodes products by a further 22 per cent in 2015. Moreover, the share of design-in products featuring Diodes components rose to roughly 17 per cent in Rutronik’s overall sales volume.
“This continued success means Rutronik is one of our top distributors! More than 20 per cent of our distributor network is overseen by Rutronik,” explains Oliver Woyke, Sales Manager Europe, Middle East & Africa at Diodes.
Rutronik has been selling Diodes’ complete product portfolio across Europe for the past 10 years. The products include discrete semiconductors, power semiconductors, analogue and logic ICs, MOSFETs and bipolar transistors, LED drivers, Hall sensors and data line protection products. General industry and the automotive sector are the key target markets.
