Conrad Electronic has tapped Ralf Buhler from Farnell to head up the strategically important B2B business unit. He becomes Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and also joins the executive board of Conrad Electronic Group.
Bühler was responsible for sales, marketing, and eCommerce worldwide at Farnell, and was a contributor to the company’s restructuring after its acquisition by Avnet. He successfully implemented the development of new business models and their consistent roll-out at companies such as STMicroelectronics, Littelfuse and Cree.
Buhler is an experienced distribution hand. Before joining Farnell he was Vice President and Managing Director EMEA for Future Electronics.
He will be expected to continue the expansion of the company’s product range and intelligent networking on Conrad’s smart platforms. The aim is to enable its business customers simple and secure procurement from one single source.
