For the fourth year running, Avnet Embedded in EMEA, an Avnet, Inc. company, will be exhibiting simplified digital signage solutions for in-store applications at the upcoming IN-STORE Show in London (Grand Hall, Olympia) on 27th and 28th June 2012.
This year, at stand G125, Avnet Embedded will be concentrating on a simple platform that delivers all the digital signage and messaging throughout a store using Instorescreen’s Network One CD integrated media player and Network One HD Box connected to external displays: Powered by the Cyclone Enterprise software suite by Avnet Embedded’s partner, OneLan, the platform has been developed to manage digital signage from shop window displays to welcome screens in foyers/receptions, right through to the Point of Sale where it matters most.
Avnet Embedded will also showcase a variety of screens including Sharp 80” LCD, Samsung 55” Super Narrow Bezel LCD and the eyecatching new Samsung 46” transparent LCD or 21.6” square displays. Also on show will be multiple screens by Instorescreen from 8” to 21.5” and Flytech 18.5” Touch Panel PC/Kiosk.
Finally details about the complete lineup of Windows Embedded software for Intelligent Systems will be available on the stand. Avnet Embedded will explain how a Windows Embedded OS is essential to eliminate typical issues that can occur with commercial Windows when using a device for a fixed function such as digital signage.
