Avnet Abacus has been presented with the 2012 award for ‘Distributor of the Year – Sensors and Controls’ by Bourns. The award was given in recognition of the high levels of demand achieved by Avnet Abacus for the 
Bourns sensors and controls product range from customers in Europe.
Avnet Abacus stocks a wide variety of sensors and controls across the Bourns product line, including precision and trimming potentiometers, panel controls, encoders, turns-counting dials, and an array of custom solutions for use in the industrial, medical, professional audio, consumer electronics and automotive industries.
Receiving the award for Avnet Abacus at the 25th Electronica Trade Fair in Munich, Germany, Alan Jermyn – V.P.
