34450AFarnell element14 is now stocking the Agilent 34450A 5.5 Digital Multimeter, a general-purpose benchtop device that will speed up the test and measurement process in a range of industries, including education and industrial. The application is particularly relevant where repetitive but accurate measurements impact on test-turn-round time or production-line tests.

Capable of taking up to 190 readings per second with 0.015% DCV accuracy, the new meter from Agilent improves on the popular 34405A model. Available through Farnell element14 across Europe from today, the Agilent 34450A 5.5 is ideally suited for both educational and general industrial markets. Its OLED dual display, real time statistical analysis, histogram function and limit test, provide users with much simpler and faster data analysis and more intuitive handling. This makes it even easier to learn and use.

The 34450A 5.5 offers a number of improvements from its predecessor including:

• 11 measurement functions
• Up to 50,000 memory points for data logging
• Built in histogram function to show analogue trend
• Multiple connectivity options including USB 2.0, Serial and GPIB
