Switching diodes, superfast rectifiers and transient voltage suppressors are just some of the new range of products from semiconductor specialist Taiwan Semiconductor to be offered by Rapid Electronics.
Over 40 different ranges of semiconductor devices are now available, in a wide range of packages, temperature ranges, voltage and current ratings. Among these are 1A super fast surface mount rectifier diodes available in SMA/DO-214AC and Sub-SMA packages. These glass passivated low profile chips are easy pick and place surface mounted components which include built-in strain relief and super fast efficiency time for high efficient performance.
Also available are 1500W transient voltage suppressor diodes in the DO-201 package, featuring excellent clamping ability, low dynamic impedance and fast response time. The complete range of Taiwan Semiconductor components now available at Rapid Electronics includes high efficient bridge rectifiers, transient voltage suppressors, silicon rectifiers, schottky barrier rectifier diodes, switching diodes, zener diodes, bridge rectifiers, SMD rectifiers, axial rectifiers and silicon rectifier diodes.
