Richardson Electronics and StarPower Europe, a leading power module company headquartered in Jiaxing, China, have completed a global agreement to support the expansion of StarPower’s products to new customers and opportunities outside of China.
Founded in 2005, StarPower designs and manufactures IGBT, MOSFET, IPM, FRD, and rectifier modules, as well as customised modules, for inverter, welding machine, inductive heating, UPS, EV, and solar/wind power applications from 0.5kW to more than 1MW. The continuing growing demand for higher energy efficiency and green energy generation present an ideal environment for StarPower modules.
