OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS™ E 3 LEDs’ small footprint (3.0 mm x 1.4 mm) is suitable for all SMT assemblies. These lighting class (CRI: >70), high efficacy LEDs (typ. 110 lm/W, @ 5000K) deliver a stable 7 lumens when driven at 20 mA with 3 vdc (@ 0.06W) over their long lifetime. Their 120° beam angle is ideal for homogenous light distribution. The DURIS™ E 3 LEDs are ideal for use in retrofit (T8/T5) and linear lights, task lights, signage, and white goods.
