L2Tek has signed a deal to represent e-con Systems, a manufacturer of video products for embedded systems, in the UK and Ireland. The product range includes USB2.0 and USB3.0 cameras, camera modules and boards. Reference design kits are available for many of the products.
Working with e-con Systems, L2Tek offers comprehensive video system design support, particularly for embedded products running Windows CE, Embedded Linux or Android operating systems. Typical applications include surveillance, security, medical and scientific equipment, and machine vision.
L2Tek director, Mark Scott-South, said, “e-con Systems is a more than just a camera supplier. The company’s services include full system design and development, complementing the engineering expertise at L2Tek. Our mutual goal is to help customers develop cost-effective, high performance industrial video systems in the shortest possible time.”
