Avnet Abacus has been recognised as the 2015 European Distributor of the Year by TE Connectivity (TE).
The award recognised the success of Avnet Abacus throughout the year, which resulted in solid growth due to the substantial increase in inventory of TE products.
Targeted marketing campaigns by Avnet Abacus contributed to its success by generating significant demand from electronics engineers across Europe.
The engagement of the Avnet Abacus sales and product specialists with TE’s e-learning platform, enabled better support of customers through improved product knowledge. Avnet Abacus has one of the highest numbers of TE certified sales representatives in the EMEA region.

The award was presented at TE’s annual Global Distribution Summit in Atlanta, Georgia.
