Anglia Components has boosted its e-mech and inductive components by signing a UK and Ireland distribution agreement with Wearnes Cambion, manufacturers of PCB pins, solder terminals, chokes and other high performance electro-mechanical and inductive components.
Anglia will be supporting the full range of Wearnes Cambion standard and custom electro-mechanical and inductive components. A range of catalogue products including miniature single pole sockets, PCB Pins and interconnects and connector pins, will be held in stock and offered for same-day shipment from Anglia Live. Anglia will also be supporting the solder terminals, spacers, inductors and coils as well as the RF coaxial connectors.
According to Graham Bridger, Marketing Director IP & E at Anglia Components, “Wearnes Cambion extends our range of standard e-mech and inductive components, and allows us to offer our customers a very attractive custom connector capability. Wearnes Cambion can turn around prototypes quickly, normally in only a few weeks, and offer fast flexible manufacturing, handled in the UK at a single site, or at its fully owned Group facility in the Far East. Wearnes Cambion also offers high reliability products for aerospace and defence applications, which fits well with the Anglia Hi-Rel portfolio we already offer.”
Martin Stoneman, Managing Director of Wearnes Cambion, added, “Anglia Components has a very strong field sales and field applications team, which addresses a much wider base of UK and Ireland customers than we already serve. Our components are design in products, and can be customised. Anglia’s team partners closely with customers during the entire design stage, and will be very effective at identifying slots where a standard or custom Wearnes Cambion component can benefit the customer and improve the design.”
